Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Varaa is a booking and scheduling service operated by Kasvuvoima Oy, Helsinki, Finland. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Varaa lets hosts publish booking pages and lets invitees book time slots around the host's availability. We provide the service on a reasonable-effort basis and may update or improve features over time.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
4. Bookings and cancellations
A confirmed booking creates an arrangement between the host and the invitee. Either party may cancel using the cancellation link provided. Varaa is not a party to the meeting itself and is not responsible for what is agreed or what takes place during it.
5. Consumer rights
Where you are a consumer in the EU/Finland, your statutory rights under consumer-protection and distance-selling law are unaffected by these terms. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable right of withdrawal and refund terms will be presented at checkout.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Varaa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed meetings, or data provided by third-party calendar integrations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law.
7. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the competent Finnish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
