- Where is my data stored?
- On servers inside the EU (Hetzner, Finland/Germany). Your data does not leave Europe, and we use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
- How is this different from Calendly?
- Varaa is EU-hosted and GDPR-native, with no US data transfer. The Agency tier is also self-owned and fully managed for you — you are not renting a US SaaS seat.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs no card. Paid plans are introduced as the product launches.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on self-serve plans, and your consumer rights under Finnish/EU law always apply.
